Quickly and easily flavour your mussels with Silvo mix for Mussels
Preparation:
* Rinse 2kg of mussels under cold, running water.
* Remove open and broken ones.
* Bring the mussels to a boil on high heat, with a cup of cold water or white whine, a finely chopped onion and the mix.
* Once the foam hits the lid, toss the mussels and bring them back to boil.
* Repeat this 3 times; the mussels are cooked and the shells open./p>
– Do not add any salt or pepper.
Tip: Serve with French bread with herb butter and fries with Silvo Shake it fries spices and various sauces.
