Should I expect extra cost due to customs?
We have imported all products and we have paid the cost involved. Our products have also been
approved for selling in Switzerland. So you will not encounter any extra cost of problems.
I would like to order a product from the Hema or the home brand of Albert Heijn, can I do that through you?
Unfortunately, we are not able to order these products for you. It is impossible to order the home
brands the official way, they can only be bought in the respective shops. It is therefore impossible to
import these products to Switzerland.
My order is incomplete. What to do?
Please contact us, we will offer you the best possible solution.
I received an order, but something got broken. What should I do?
We package each order as well as we can, but it can happen that a product breaks during transport.

How long will it take before I get my order?
We will send your order with B-Post. This means that you should have it 2 days after we have sent it.
When you order during the weekend, we will process your order on Tuesday.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
I would like to buy a larger quantity of a certain product, but the webshop won’t let me?
If you can only buy a certain number of that product in our the webshop, it means that we do not
have more of that product in stock.
I am searching a specific product, but I cannot find it in the webshop?
We also offer to import products for you that we do not have in our range. The product has to be
offered by our supplier, though. Please call or email us with your specific wishes and we will do our
best to get the desired product for you.
